Stay for an hour, which can easily fall into two so you may as well stay for the rest of the afternoon – not that you need tempting but the soothing, luxurious feeling of the warm water in a hydrotherapy pool is definitely worth a dip/float/swim. It’s all about being spoiled rotten, from head to toe, inside and out so when you’re ready to leave the pool, pop into the sauna before indulging in a treatment or two in one of our lovely treatment rooms. Nobody misses out at Captain’s Club as our wonderful selection of treatments are also available to non-residents.
