Car parking at Captain's Club Hotel & Spa

We have 40 on-site car parking spaces at Captain’s Club Hotel & Spa, including 2 disabled car parking bays. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hotel residents receive complimentary on-site parking. All non-residents must pay for parking, including overnight parking. Standard tariffs apply to non-resident guests parking in the disabled parking bays.

Parking regulations

The hotel car park is operated by a third party company and uses automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) technology. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that they park in accordance with our parking regulations. There are CCTV cameras fitted within the hotel premises, but the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Failure to comply with our parking regulations will result in the issue of a Parking Charge Notice of £100 if paid within 28 days or a reduced charge of £60 if paid within 14 days. Appeals must be made in writing to the third party car park operator. All details are provided on the Parking Charge Notice letter.
