£55 per person – 50% deposit taken upon booking - remainder to be paid on the day.



Selection of seasonal salads, seafood and cured meats from the buffet


Herb roast rump of lamb, tarragon crust, celeriac dauphinoise, creamed wild mushroom, Rioja jus

Spiced loin of monkfish, saffron potatoes, creamed spinach, shellfish and lemongrass sauce.

Roast partridge, rosti potato, shallot purée, crispy cavolo nero, pancetta jus

Squid ink risotto, hand dived scallop and baby squid, micro watercress salad, basil oil.

Chestnut and lentil nut loaf, onion gravy, stir fry of Brussel sprouts, squash and shallots.


Sticky figgy pudding, butterscotch sauce, clotted cream ice cream

Winter fruit parfait, plum and cinnamon puree, ginger snap

White chocolate and cranberry bread and butter pudding, brandy infused custard

Selection of English cheeses served with apple chutney, biscuits and walnut bread
