£45 per person, 50% deposit taken upon booking - remainder to be paid on the day.

Selection of seasonal salad, cured meats and smoked salmon from the buffet

Soup – cream of tomato soup with basil pesto and garlic ciabatta croutons.

Main

Roast sirloin of English beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, red wine sauce.

Chicken and mushroom pie, sage mash potato, creamed mushroom and Savoy cabbage

Tournedos of Scottish salmon, parsnip purée, slow roast shallots, crispy leeks, port wine reduction.

Pumpkin gnocchi, crispy Camembert parcels, cranberry and port sauce

Spanish style seafood stew, saffron rouille, baked garlic brioche bun.

Desserts

Sticky figgy pudding, butterscotch sauce, clotted cream ice cream

Winter fruit parfait, spiced orange puree, ginger snap

Warm chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream

Selection of English cheeses served with apple chutney, biscuits and walnut bread
