Taittinger NV and Canape reception

  • Starter: Pan fried Scottish scallops, ginger and soy beurre blanc, spiced pumpkin, crispy greens
  • Fish Course: Halibut fillet, creamed Jerusalem artichoke, lentil dressing, apple and hazelnut
  • Main: Herb roast fillet of beef, chanterelle mushroom arrancine, spinach ruree, lobster oil, purple kale
  • Dessert: Conference pear tatin, cinnamon crumble, Tonka bean ice cream

Served with four different Taittinger champagnes.
