Just a wee note to say thank you a wonderful lunch experience on Saturday 6th October 2012. We dropped in for a quiet lunch for my Fiancee's birthday treat and were joined at differnt stages by various family members. Our excellent server, Marisa,couldn't be more helpful or attentive. Perhaps as she is a Scot too she is used to our ways.!Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food and the surrounding were excellent too. All in, a great experience. A big THANK YOU again to everyone for making it such a great experience. We will be back soon..!!

Enjoyed a superb lunch with my daughter on her birthday. Food excellant and service first class.Highly recommend to anyone. Appreciated the little extra provided for her and will definately visit again and again.

We have just returned from our anniversary visit to the captains club, and once again we had a fantastic time!, what makes this hotel special is not the stunning setting or great rooms, it is the staff! they are all fantastic and really do go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Special praise to Andy the restaurant manager, he is is a shining beacon of professionalism, and is easily the most attentive restaurant manager i have ever come across! also christine at reception is another example of the incredibly high standards you can expect at this hotel! We will definately be back!!
