Hydrotherapy Pool

Enjoy our Hydrotherapy Pool and Sauna for up to 90 minutes including towels, gowns and slippers for the duration of your stay. Just £15 per person (The maximum number for any hydrotherapy only session is 4 people)

Ocean Brave Facial (50 minutes) £50

A luxurious facial treatment designed just for you and gets right to the point - cleansing, skin conditioning and restoring brightness and balance to the face. We won’t forget that you also need pampering so thetreatment will start with a relaxing self heating mud applied to the back to promote relaxation and soothe aching muscles.

Ocean Master Facial (75 minutes) £65

Your therapist will guide you through the selection of the best choice of Phytomer products designed specifically for men. This luxurious treatment is designed to help relieve stress and tension. Start the treatment with a relaxing back massage, then lie back and relax on bubbling self heating mud and have a truly pampering facial treat with active face masks, a scalp massage and revitalising skin boost. You will be left completely refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face the day.

Massages Therapies

Marine massage & Mud Therapy (45 minutes) £50

Massage to the back of the body (legs and back). This treatment will truly soothe your aches and pains as we apply self heating mud to the back and the legs prior to a relaxing massage with pre blended Phytomer oils.

The Full Body Massage (55 minutes) £60

When you want to put the world on hold, the full body massage provides the ultimate escape. Using relaxing Phytomer oil this is an indulgent treat that everyone deserves.

Indian Head massage (25 minutes) £35

Feel your stress, aches and pains disappear with this wonderfully relaxing therapeutic experience. Head massage has been practised in India for over a thousand years and is renowned for relieving the anxiety that accumulates in the head, face and neck in everyday life. Indian head massage is a safe, simple yet effective therapy that also promotes hair growth.

Reflexology (60 minutes) £55

A zone therapy treatment based on the reflexes in the feet relating to each organ and all parts of the body. It is a form of foot massage incorporating thumb pressure techniques on the reflex points on the feet. This is an ancient healing art bringing soothing relief in modern times.

Back, Neck & Shoulder massage (25 minutes) £35

By targeting your back, neck and shoulder tension zones this massage will melt away stress. Using Phytomer pre blended relaxing essential oil the massage will help the process of restoring balance, harmony & well-being.
