COOL, CRISP AND CONTEMPORARY NEW 4STAR PLUS HOTEL OPENS IN CHRISTCHURCH
The Captains Club Hotel, a brand new, 4starplus 29room property, opens its doors on November 11th and brings a fresh touch of contemporary style to Christchurch. Located on the banks of the River Stour, the hotel is built on the site of a Pontins holiday resort, it is privately owned, independently run and boasts a full service restaurant, spa and hotel motor yacht.
Accommodation: Rooms with a view
The £8 million property, the first by Platinum One Hotels, complements its riverside locale with a contemporary maritime theme that is enhanced further by cutting-edge in-room amenities, warm service and a light and airy design. Its 29 rooms are split between 17 state bedrooms and 12 two or three room apartments available for rental or sale. Each room has a stunning riverside view, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and free high speed wireless broadband internet access.
Location: Messing about on the river
The hotel is truly unique for the area, and has been designed to offer guests and locals a new way to experience this undiscovered part of Christchurch. The expansive and airy riverside public areas and prow-shaped bar are expected to become a new and exciting social hub. ‘Nauti Gal’, the hotel’s fully crewed 34ft Fairline motor yacht can cater for up to 8 people. Stationed on one of the property’s six moorings, it will provide an enticing touring option for guests.

Burj Al Arab Hotel in
Dubai (reputedly the world’s only 7star
hotel), where he had spent 3 years as Sous Chef. Andrew has committed to providing an innovative, wholesome menu sourced
from the best local ingredients.
Spa: Rejuvenate

A state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool and sauna plus a luxurious and expansive range of advanced marine active, professional treatments offer a new standard for thassalotherapy on the South Coast.
