The Captain’s Club Hotel is the perfect venue for exclusive use whether it is for a conference, product launch or staff away day.

You can be assured of the highest level of service and facilities in a relaxing yet focused atmosphere. Weather permitting, refreshments and breaks can be taken outside on the riverside terrace with the added luxury of staying overnight as a resident, you can retire to one of our beautiful contemporary bedrooms.

As well as the enviable position, the hotel prides itself on its personal service to its guests - whilst at the hotel you will be looked after by our dedicated Functions Team from the moment you step foot into the hotel up until the time you leave.
There is also ample car parking on site which is offered with our compliments. Exclusive use is from midday on the intended day of arrival until 8am on the day of departure (11am check out)

Club Accommodation

(Sleeping 50 – single occupancy in double rooms and twin/triple occupancy in twins & suites)

  • 16 luxury Double bedrooms (5 of which can be twinned)
  • 1 junior suite
  •  3 large 3 bedroom suites comprising of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area
  •  3 large 2 bedroom suites comprising of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area
  •  6 small 2 bedroom suites comprising of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area
  • Complimentary wifi Internet Access

 

Dining

  • Arrival tea, coffee and pastries
  • Buffet lunch
  •  Full Traditional afternoon tea
  •  3 course dinner
  • Full English breakfast

  • Use of all the hotel’s lounge, bar and restaurant

Spa

  • Exclusive use of the hydrotherapy pool and sauna along with 4 treatment rooms

**Treatments are charged as taken and must be booked in advance

Price    

  • £18,000 plus VAT – Sunday to Thursday
  •  £23,000 plus VAT – Friday & Saturday

*Prices are per night and based on a maximum of 50 overnight delegates
*Service is NOT included and  remain at client’s discretion
