The 4 star Captain’s Club Hotel has the very best in meeting and conference facilities in Christchurch. A riverside conference suite provides a perfect environment for meetings, conferences, training seminars, product launches, board meetings, private dining and corporate parties.

The waterside suites can be used as one conference venue or as two smaller meeting rooms (Port & Starboard suites) and benefit from natural daylight and have state of the art equipment for your presentation needs.

You can be assured of the highest level of service and facilities in a relaxing yet focused atmosphere. Weather permitting, refreshments and breaks can be taken outside on the riverside terrace and should you have the added luxury of staying overnight as a resident, you can retire to one of our beautiful contemporary bedrooms.

As well as the enviable position, the hotel prides itself on its personal service to its guests. Whether you are planning a conference, business meeting or private dining event you can be assured  that whilst at the hotel you will be looked after by our dedicated Functions Team from the moment you step foot into the hotel up until the time you leave.

24 hour audio visual and conference production support facility is provided by Sounds Commercial Conference Services for all your conference equipment needs.  There is also ample car parking on site which is offered with our compliments.

Conference offer 2010& 2011

Book a day meeting or residential conference to be held in January 2010 through to April  2011 at the special rate of £50 per daily delegate (based on a minimum of 6 delegates), or why not make a night of it and have the team experience the delights of Tides restaurant and the beautiful luxurious bedrooms at the special rate of £165 per 24hr delegate (based on a minimum of 6 delegates).

This offer is correct at time of publishing and is available for new bookings only and offered on a subject to availability basis and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion featured on the website or within the hotel.
