All rates are inclusive of vat.
Credit Cards
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless
specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 14.30
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00 every day but on Sunday’s by 12.00 please.
Cancellations
For online bookings, we operate a 48 hour policy, so by 2pm two days prior to your arrival
date. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01202 475111. You
will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future
dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result
in a charge equivalent to your first night stay (this also applies to rooms within group
bookings).
Deposits/card details
Deposits are non-refundable. Currently we only ask for deposits for Christmas and New
Year bookings.
Insurance
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of
baggage, personal effects and money.
Management reserve the right to charge in full for any items removed from the guest
rooms without prior consent.
Non- smoking policy
The Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply will result in a charge
being made. We do have an outside undercover area where smoking is permitted.
Parking
On-site car parking is complimentary however vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.
Spa facilities
Residents are welcome to us the hydro therapy pool and sauna and these facilities are
included in the room rate, however we are only allowed for persons over the age of 16
years to use these.
Spa treatments
Due to popularity we do encourage our guests to pre book spa treatments required.
Charges for this will be added to your bill.
Dogs
By prior arrangement are permitted to stay in our designated suites and we do not charge
any extra fees for them.
