A fabulous place to stay....the staff were so very freindly and incredibly accommodating from helping with my booking to looking after us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and everything in the hotel is so wonderfully thought through. But it is the staff that make it a great place to stay. Just wanted to say it was our second visit and we had a great stay ...we had the added bonus of good weather ...and sitting by the river with a cocktail was a perfect start....room lovely staff very friendly ....nothing too much trouble food amazing especially as one of us is very fussy ....we are already looking forward to our next visit !!!!!

Looking for a bed and breakfast, took a wrong turn and found the Captains Club - beautiful! We were invited to share in the 5th birthday celebrations - fire and ice and what a fantastic time we had. True entertainment, customer service and luxury. Thank you for looking after my husband and his bad back!!

We have stayed for a total of 7 nights during October our visit was a mixture of business for me and pleasure for my husband. My work takes me all over the south ane east of england and I spend about 3 months each year in hotels with durations of 1 to 3 nights. Our 3 stays at the Captains Club this month have all been fantastic. With staying in so many hotels I can honestly say that the Captains Club is by far the best excellent accommodation, fantastic food wonderful location and exceptional staff Well done Captains Club and we look forward to seeing you again in November
